Founded in 2002 by Maximum Oyar and his two sons, Matt and Robbie, O&Y Precision, Inc. has its roots deeply embedded in the art of precision manufacturing and machining. Before moving to the United States, the Oyar family lived in Sweden, where Maximum honed his skills at a technical school specializing in precision manufacturing. Upon arriving in the US, Maximum worked with several smaller manufacturing companies, playing a pivotal role in their significant growth and industry success. During this time, his sons were also immersing themselves in machining education.
In 2000, Maximum purchased his first CNC machine and began taking on small projects in his spare time. The success of this side venture inspired him to join forces with his sons, and together, they launched O&Y Precision.
Our journey began with quick-turn prototyping, collaborating closely with customers through the development phases of their products. We provided working prototypes for each revision and prepared them for full-scale production. Today, O&Y Precision operates out of a 35,000-square-foot facility, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and staffed by a growing team of dedicated, long-term employees.
At O&Y Precision, we are proud to maintain a low turnover rate, with most of our employees having been with us for over a decade. This stability reflects our commitment to treating both our customers and employees with care and dignity. However, without our employees, we would not be here.
